Zadok-Keinan can publish statutory notices in two daily newspapers on behalf of our customers and at their request.
Our professional service covers preparation and publication of the notice according to the Israel Securities Authority's instructions, including a scanned file of the customer’s notice for reporting via the Magna system, as well as back-up and storage of the statutory notice file for a period of one year from the date of publication.
Zadok-Keinan has considerable expertise in the publication of statutory notices – prospectuses, Stock Exchange and more – and does not operate in the commercial field or in any other medium.
