Draft and final prospectuses - draft prospectuses can be printed in any quantity, at any time and for any destination, including personal distribution to directors’ home addresses. The distribution of drafts and final prospectuses to the institutional market is according to instructions from the company's lawyers and underwriters.

Each prospectus delivered to an institutional investor is distributed together with a marketing proposal from the underwriter and packaged in a secure window polyethylene envelope to ensure safe personal delivery. The envelopes are distributed to hundreds of recipients on the same business day, at the end of which the underwriter receives a follow-up list and distribution report, including details of all recipients of the prospectus.

Cinderella - Zadok-Keinan’s clients enjoy the advantage of having their prospectus delivered via Cinderella system, allowing high accessibility to all institutional investors. The full name of the Cinderella system (the name is based on a Hebrew acronym) is Classification and Routing of Official Reports for Distribution, and it is in fact a database containing information and analysis of all investors in the institutional market.
