Zadok-Keinan Ltd. grew out of a merger between two long-established and well-known companies: Zadok Print Services and Yona Keinan Digital Print Ltd., two companies which were founded in the 1960s by Meir Zadok and Yona Keinan respectively. The present firm of Zadok-Keinan is highly experienced in providing advanced and varied print solutions to a large number of companies and organizations in the market, and for many years has been considered the leading print firm in Israel in the area of reporting services and print material for the capital market.

The company concentrates three main areas of activity under a single roof:

• Capital market – printing of prospectuses and reports for the capital market and auxiliary services for issues
• EDGAR reporting bureau (electronic reporting in the USA) – including the printing and delivery of reports to overseas shareholders
• Advanced print solutions to high-tech and biotech companies, investment houses, commercial companies and educational institutions

We are able to offer our services from a position of special advantage, drawing on a combination of computer professionals and production departments such as our own graphics studio, digital and offset printing, mailing and finishing. We also have a highly efficient distribution system allowing for rapid mobility of products in both Israel and the USA.
Our company is managed by Boaz Zadok and Ron Keinan, both veterans of many years in the print arena, including specialist services for the capital market.

Our company premises are located nearby Azrieli Center at 12 Totzeret Haaretz St., Tel Aviv, in a self-owned building that includes offices and separate production halls for each department.
