MAGNA is an internet based system for receiving and distributing the information related to all the reports submitted by entities supervised by the ISA, including: public companies, fund managers, trustees, underwriters, investment advice companies and portfolio management companies. Upon the launching of the Magna system and electronic filings becoming mandatory by law, Zadok-Keinan was selected by Teldor Computers to implement use of the Magna system among all executives and system users in Israel.
Zadok-Keinan is the only company in Israel recognized by the Israel Securities Authority as a filing agency for Magna services. The agency is located at our premises in Tel Aviv.

Zadok-Keinan offers the following services to Magna users:

• Allocation of electronic filing stations for self-use by reporting entities or through a reporting assistance guide
• Special expertise in transferring large volume reporting files
• Option of remote closing of files via email
• Magna system orientation training – personal training at client's office (by appointment)
• Technical support - our customers enjoy telephone assistance and services of a professional technician to install the system at their premises.
• The service is available by appointment during regular working hours.
